To all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and cities specifically designated in the state plan, the Development and Reform Commission of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, the Department of Industry and Information Technology (Economic and Information Technology Commission), the Department of Science and Technology (Commission, Bureau), the Department of Finance (Bureau), the Guangdong Branch of the General Administration of Customs, the Tianjin Special Mission Office, the Shanghai Special Mission Office, and various directly affiliated customs, the tax bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and cities specifically designated in the state plan of the State Administration of Taxation, and the special envoy offices of the State Administration of Taxation stationed
According to the Management Measures for the Recognition of National Enterprise Technology Centers (Order No. 34 of 2016 of the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Finance, General Administration of Customs, and State Administration of Taxation), after approval, the 27th batch of national enterprise technology center lists and all national enterprise technology center lists are hereby notified as follows.
1、 97 enterprise technology centers including Beijing Hangxing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and 10 branch centers including Suzhou Xuchuang Technology Co., Ltd. have been confirmed to have the qualifications of national enterprise technology centers and branch centers from the date of this notice.
2、 35 national enterprise technology centers and sub centers that have undergone name changes will be renamed accordingly. From the date of the enterprise name change (subject to the date approved by the Administration for Industry and Commerce), they will still be national enterprise technology centers and sub centers. Among them, due to corporate restructuring, Wuxi Little Swan Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. has been transferred from the National Enterprise Technology Center to a sub center of Midea Group Co., Ltd.'s Technology Center.
In summary, there are 1636 national enterprise technology centers and 108 branch centers, which enjoy tax incentives to support scientific and technological innovation in accordance with relevant national regulations.
