SHANDONG YIKANG PHARMACEUTICAL GLASS TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD is located in Dongyi New Material Industrial Park, Lanshan District, Linyi City, Shandong Province.
It's one of the biggest major implementation project in Shandong Province in 2023, with a land area around 193 acres, built production lines of both neutral borosilicate glass tubes and ampoules&vials for pharmaceutical use, including two glass tube workshops, two glass ampoules&vials workshops, dormitories, warehouses, R&D centers, kinetic energy rooms and other buildings, with a total construction area of more than 85,000 square meters.
Since the project was approved, it was highly concerned by leaders of Linyi city. In March 2023, production lines of glass ampoules&vials went into operation; in May 2023, the first furnace of neutral borosilicate glass tubes went into operation.
We producing products as following:
1. Neutral borosilicate glass tubes.
2. Ampoules, vials, cartriages, pre-filled syringes, laboratory glass bottles etc.
The products are widely used in the packaging of vaccines, chemical preparations, freeze-dried biological preparations, plasma, globulin genetically engineered drugs and other drugs. It is a senior pharma glass container which commonly used in developed countries in the world.
The company has a number of independent research and development of kiln and tube forming technology, combined with the advantages of independent R&D and manufacturing of high-end equipment, to provide technical support for the improvement of the glass material side, kiln melting, and the improvement of the tube drawing process, and adopts the borosilicate kiln melting technology of "oxygen combustion and electric fluxing" to solve the technical problems such as difficult clarification, homogenization, molding, and easy phase separation of molten glass in the preparation process of glass tubes, so as to realize the precise control of key processes and provide guarantee for the stable quality of borosilicate glass products in medicine.
The company strictly implements the relevant standards of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment and the qualification certification of inspection and testing institutions, and has passed the ISO15378 quality system certification, and strictly implements the 7S management system for on-site production, and the physical and chemical properties of the products such as boron content, water resistance, freezing resistance, acid and alkali resistance meet the requirements of international quality standards.
